Join our Founding Team

Cielo Pilates Studio is opening in late summer 2026, and we're looking for exceptional instructors to join our founding team and help shape a welcoming, uplifting, and transformative movement experience for our community.

At Cielo, we believe Pilates helps people feel stronger, more capable, and more connected to themselves through intentional movement. Through thoughtful instruction and genuine connection, our goal is to create a space where clients feel supported, challenged, and empowered.

We're seeking certified Pilates instructors who pair strong technical knowledge with warmth, presence, and heart. The ideal candidate is committed to continued learning, passionate about sharing the benefits of Pilates, and dedicated to creating an experience where every client feels seen, supported, and encouraged from the moment they walk in.

What You'll Do

  • Lead engaging Reformer and Tower classes across various formats and levels

  • Teach private and duets sessions as opportunities arise

  • Educate clients on proper technique, alignment, and movement principles

  • Create safe, effective, and empowering class experiences

  • Support clients in achieving their individual goals while fostering a love for movement

  • Monitor client progress and provide thoughtful guidance and feedback

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment

  • Participate in community events, workshops, and studio initiatives that promote the holistic benefits of Pilates

Qualifications

Preferred:

  • 500+ hour comprehensive certification from a recognized program such as BASI, Balanced Body, STOTT, Polestar, Peak Pilates, or equivalent

  • Strong teaching experience and alignment with our studio values

Also Considered:

  • 250+ hour Reformer/Tower certification from a reputable training program

  • Knowledgeable in anatomy, movement, and body mechanics

  • Experienced teaching clients of various ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels

  • Able to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels comfortable and supported

  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
