1. Eligibility & Right to Refuse Service
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services unless you have written permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Cielo Pilates Studio reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, or policy violations.
2. Services
Cielo Pilates Studio offers Pilates instruction, including group classes, private sessions, events, workshops, and wellness-related services.
All schedules, instructors, pricing, class formats, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify classes due to instructor availability, low enrollment, emergencies, or operational needs.
3. Booking Platform
Cielo Pilates Studio uses Momence as its official booking and client management system.
By using our Services, you also agree to Momence’s applicable terms and payment processing policies. All bookings, purchases, and account management must be completed through this platform.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account, payment, and contact information.
4. Health and Medical Disclaimer
By participating in any class or service, you acknowledge and agree that:
You have consulted (or had the opportunity to consult) a medical professional regarding your ability to safely participate in physical exercise.
You understand Pilates involves physical exertion and carries a risk of injury.
You voluntarily assume full responsibility for your health, safety, and well-being during participation.
You will inform instructors of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or physical limitations before class.
Cielo Pilates Studio is not a medical provider and does not offer medical advice. Any information provided is for general wellness purposes only.
5. Bookings, Cancellations & Waitlist Policy
5.1 Reservations
All classes must be booked in advance through Momence. A reservation is only confirmed once successfully processed.
Full payment is required at the time of booking
5.2 Class Cancellation & No-Show Policy
A 12-hour class cancellation policy applies. Class cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled class time will result in the forfeiture of one class credit from your class package, membership, and/or account. No exceptions.
Failure to attend a reserved class without prior cancellation will be considered a no-show and will result in a non-refundable $25 no-show fee.
5.3 Waitlist Policy
Our waitlist policy operates on a first come, first serve basis.
If a spot in class becomes available four (4) or more hours before the scheduled class, the system will automatically enroll the first client on the waitlist. That client will receive a confirmation email and be responsible for attending the class or canceling in accordance with our cancellation policy if they are no longer able to attend. It is the client’s responsibility to monitor their waitlist status and cancel their enrollment according to our cancellation policy if they are no longer able to attend.
If a spot becomes available within the 4-hour window before class, all clients on the waitlist will receive an SMS notification. The first person to respond and accept will be booked into the class. We follow this policy to ensure that clients who are added from the waitlist have sufficient time to plan for their attendance.
Clients who are added from the waitlist are subject to the same cancellation policy as any other reservation. No exceptions.
6. Payments, Refunds, and Fees
All purchases are in U.S. dollars and subject to applicable taxes.
All sales are final. No refunds, transfers, or extensions will be issued for any purchases, including memberships, class packs, drop-in classes, private sessions, workshops, or retail items, except as required by law.
We reserve the right to charge applicable late cancellation fees, no-show fees, and membership penalties as outlined in your plan.
Failed payments may result in suspended booking privileges until resolved.
7. Memberships
7.1 Autopay Memberships
Memberships are billed automatically on a monthly recurring basis to the payment method on file. Please note that all memberships have a 3 month commitment period.
By enrolling in an autopay membership, you authorize Cielo Pilates Studio to charge your payment method on your billing date each month until the membership is cancelled.
7.2 Cancellation Policy
After the initial 3-month commitment period has been completed, members may cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice at least 7 days prior to the next billing date. Requests received after this window will apply to the following billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

Previously cancelled memberships may be reactivated at any time. However, new pricing and current membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will apply.
8. Class Packages & Expiration
Class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
All packages have expiration dates set at purchase and are strictly enforced. Clients are responsible for reviewing expiration terms prior to purchase.
Expired classes will not be reinstated, extended, or credited except at the sole discretion of Cielo Pilates Studio.
9. Private & Duet Sessions
Private and duet sessions require advance booking.
Private and duet session cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in full charge of the session fee or loss of session credit.
10. Studio Policies
To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly ask that you arrive 10–15 minutes prior to class to allow time for parking and settling in. Please note that studio doors open 5–10 minutes before class begins due to our intimate studio size.
To ensure a safe and seamless experience for all clients, please arrive on time for class. We understand that occasional delays happen and allow a 5-minute grace period; however, late arrivals beyond this window may not be permitted to join class for safety reasons and to minimize disruption to the session.
Grip socks are required for all classes and are available for purchase at the studio.
Please inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or physical limitations before class. If you are pregnant or recently postpartum, please consult with your healthcare provider before participating and inform your instructor prior to class.
Please silence all mobile devices before entering the studio.
Please follow all instructor guidance and safety instructions.
Respectful, safe, and appropriate behavior is expected at all times. Clients are expected to help maintain a clean and welcoming studio environment.
Cielo Pilates Studio reserves the right to refuse service or remove any participant for disruptive or unsafe behavior.
11. Personal Belongings
You acknowledge that Cielo Pilates Studio is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal items brought into the studio. You assume full responsibility for the security of your belongings while on the premises.
12. Photography & Media Consent
From time to time, Cielo Pilates Studio may photograph or record classes, events, or sessions for marketing, promotional, educational, or social media purposes. By attending classes or events at Cielo Pilates Studio, you consent to the use of your likeness in such content.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify a staff member prior to class or by contacting hello@cielopilatesstudio.com.
13. Intellectual Property
All content associated with Cielo Pilates Studio, including but not limited to our website, social media accounts, branding, logos, class formats, programming, videos, photographs, graphics, and text, is the exclusive property of Cielo Pilates Studio and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Use or reproduction without written permission is strictly prohibited.
14. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.
15. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver
All clients are required to complete and sign Cielo Pilates Studio's Liability Waiver prior to participating in classes or services. By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of that waiver.
Participation in Pilates and related physical activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscular strains, sprains, joint injuries, falls, equipment-related injuries, and other physical harm. By participating in any class, event, or service at Cielo Pilates Studio, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cielo Pilates Studio, its owners, instructors, employees, and contractors are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising out of your use of our services, facilities, or equipment. You agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Cielo Pilates Studio LLC from any and all claims arising from your participation in any class, event, or service.
16. Modifications to Terms
Cielo Pilates Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updates will become effective upon posting to our website, booking platform, or other client communications. Your continued use of our Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Charleston County, South Carolina.
